Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Platte Canyon Huskies (Bailey, CO) and the visiting Jefferson Saints (Edgewater, CO), observed Platte Canyon's volleyball team top Jefferson by a count of 3-0.

The Huskies (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Arrupe Jesuit (Denver, CO). The Generals enter the 4A/3A/2A Frontier contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Arrupe Jesuit notched a victory over Arvada (Arvada, CO), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Saints battle the Hinkley Thunder (Aurora, CO) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 14. Jefferson will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record. The Thunder enter the contest with a 2-4 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to DSST: Green Valley Ranch (Denver, CO).
