Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Souhegan Sabers (Amherst, NH) and the visiting Pelham Pythons (Pelham, NH), observed Souhegan's volleyball team top Pelham by a count of 3-0.

The Sabers (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Winnisquam (Tilton, NH). The Bears enter the Division II contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Winnisquam notched a victory over Hanover (Hanover, NH), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Pythons battle the Manchester West Blue Knights (Manchester, NH) in a Division II contest, on Monday, September 16. Pelham will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Blue Knights enter the contest with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to St. Thomas Aquinas (Dover, NH).
