Virginia High School Football - Fairfax prevails Robinson

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Fairfax Lions football squad scored a nice 28-14 win over the Robinson Rams.

With the win, Fairfax improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Lions host Chantilly (Chantilly, VA) to play the Chargers in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 18. The Chargers go into the battle with a record of 0-1. Chantilly lost 20-12 in their recent non-league battle against Herndon (Herndon, VA)

The Rams now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they host West Springfield for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 16. Robinson will play a Spartans team coming off a 34-30 non-league loss to James Madison (Vienna, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 1-1.
