Servite Friars (Anaheim, CA) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Notre Dame (SO) Knights (Sherman Oaks, CA), 56-28 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Servite improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Friars travel to St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA) to play the Swordsmen in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 25. The Swordsmen go into the battle with a record of 0-4. St. Paul lost 17-0 in their recent non-league battle against Los Alamitos (Los Alamitos, CA)

The Knights now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bishop Amat for a test on Thursday, October 9.
