The Allen County-Scottsville Patriots volleyball squad scored 2 points and held the host Butler County Bears to 1 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Patriots now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Barren County for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 16. Allen County-Scottsville will play a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Hart County (Munfordville, KY). The Trojans record now stands at 3-2.
