California High School Volleyball - Woodcreek over McClatchy

September 11, 2025: Sacramento, CA 95818

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Woodcreek Timberwolves volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the McClatchy Lions.

The Timberwolves (2-1) will now prepare for their test against San Marin (Novato, CA). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, San Marin beat Rancho Cotate (Rohnert Park, CA), 2-0, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, McClatchy drops to 4-1 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA) to play the Raging Rhinos in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 13. The Raging Rhinos come into the outing with a record of 3-1. Twelve Bridges won 2-0 in their recent league outing against River Valley (Yuba City, CA)
