In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting York Dukes flag football squad scored a good 27-0 victory over the Fenton Bison.
The Dukes (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Streamwood (Streamwood, IL). The Sabres go into the non-league battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Streamwood was topped by South Elgin (South Elgin, IL), 6-0, in a league battle.
The Bison now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Elk Grove for a non-league battle on Friday, September 12. Fenton will confront a Grenadiers squad coming off a 32-8 league win over Palatine (Palatine, IL). The Grenadiers record now stands at 8-0.
