Illinois High School Flag Football - Taft triumphant over Resurrection

The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the Taft Eagles (Chicago, IL) and the visiting Resurrection Bandits (Chicago, IL), saw Taft's flag football team bounce Resurrection by a final score of 37-0.

With the win, Taft advances its record to 4-6 on the season. The Eagles travel to Clark (Chicago, IL) to encounter the Eagles in a bout on Saturday, September 13. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Clark lost 48-6 in their recent league bout against Whitney Young (Chicago, IL)

The Bandits now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenbrook South for a non-league contest on Friday, September 12. Resurrection will confront a Titans squad coming off a 49-31 league win over Deerfield (Deerfield, IL). The Titans record now stands at 6-0.
