The Cascade Cadets soccer squad (Clayton, IN), was overwhelmed 6-0 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host West Vigo Vikings (West Terre Haute, IN)

The Vikings (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against South Vermillion (Clinton, IN). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, South Vermillion was overwhelmed by Edgewood (Ellettsville, IN), 4-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Cadets meet the Greencastle Tiger Cubs (Greencastle, IN) in a Monon Athletic match, on Saturday, September 13. Cascade will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Tiger Cubs enter the battle with a 2-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Southmont (Crawfordsville, IN).
