Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Green Hill Hawks (Mt. Juliet, TN) and the visiting Spring Hill Raiders (Columbia, TN), saw Green Hill's soccer squad knock off Spring Hill by a count of 3-0.

The Hawks (6-4) will now prepare for their match against Hendersonville (Hendersonville, TN). The Commandos come into the AAA District 12 match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Hendersonville nipped Beech (Hendersonville, TN), 2-0, in a league match.

The Raiders now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Giles County for a AA District 8 match on Tuesday, September 16. Spring Hill will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 7-2 league loss to Battle Creek (Spring Hill, TN). The Bobcats record now stands at 4-4.
