In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Guilderland Flying Dutchmen soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Shaker Bison.

The Flying Dutchmen (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Niskayuna (Niskayuna, NY). The Silver Warriors enter the Suburban Council- Blue outing with a 4-1 record. In their last outing, Niskayuna tipped Washingtonville (Washingtonville, NY), 3-1, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Bison confront the Shenendehowa Plainsmen (Clifton Park, NY) in a Suburban Council- Blue outing, on Saturday, September 13. Shaker will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Plainsmen enter the outing with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 league win over Colonie Central (Albany, NY).
