The Amarillo Sandies felled the visiting Midland Bulldogs football squad by a margin of 24-8 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Sandies now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Palo Duro for a non-league test on Thursday, September 18.
With the defeat, Midland drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Permian (Odessa, TX) to meet the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 17.
