Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC) fans exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team overwhelm the visiting East Lincoln Mustangs (Denver, NC), 33-0 in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Trojans play the Bunker Hill Bears (Claremont, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Bandys will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record.
The Mustangs (0-4) will now prepare for their test against North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Knights come into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, North Lincoln was ripped by Maiden (Maiden, NC), 8-6, in a league challenge.
