Georgia High School Football - Social Circle nudges Oglethorpe County

The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Social Circle Redskins (Social Circle, GA) and the host Oglethorpe County Patriots (Lexington, GA), saw Social Circle's football team nip Oglethorpe County by a final score of 28-22.

With the win, Social Circle advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Redskins travel to Athens Academy (Athens, GA) to encounter the Spartans in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 2. The Spartans go into the battle with a record of 2-0.
