In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Bothell/Inglemoor Cougars volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Inglemoor Vikings.

The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Liberty (Issaquah, WA). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record.

The Vikings now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mercer Island for a non-league test on Monday, September 15. Inglemoor will face a Islanders squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Woodinville (Woodinville, WA). The Islanders record now stands at 1-0.
