Jackson County Generals (McKee, KY) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Oneida Baptist Institute Mountaineers (Oneida, KY), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Generals (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against North Laurel (London, KY). The Jaguars come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record.

Next, the Mountaineers play the Model Patriots (Richmond, KY) in a non-league outing, on Friday, September 12. Oneida Baptist Institute will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record. The Patriots come into the outing with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Kentucky School for the Deaf (Danville, KY).
