The Tabernacle Torches knocked off the visiting Valley Fellowship Christian Academy n/a volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Torches now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Providence Classical for a bout on Monday, September 15. Tabernacle will clash with a team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Tuscaloosa Home Educators (Northport, AL). The record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Valley Fellowship Christian Academy drops to 0-2 on the campaign.
