In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Capital City Cavaliers soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Camdenton Lakers.

The Cavaliers (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Helias (Jefferson City, MO). The Crusaders go into the non-league outing with a 2-5 record. In their last outing, Helias prevailed over Father Tolton (Columbia, MO), 4-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Lakers confront the Smith-Cotton Tigers (Sedalia, MO) in a non-league outing, on Monday, September 15. Camdenton will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 6-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Blue Springs South (Blue Springs, MO).
