In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Wells Raiders soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Gage Park Fighting Owls.
The Raiders (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Ogden International (Chicago, IL). The go into the test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Ogden International edged Phillips (Chicago, IL), 7-6, in a non-league test.
The Fighting Owls now have a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Phoenix Military for a Chicago Public Second Central test on Tuesday, September 16. Gage Park will clash with a Firebirds team coming off a 8-2 league loss to Kennedy (Chicago, IL). The Firebirds record now stands at 2-3.
