The Bears (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL). The Gators enter the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Crystal Lake South edged Richmond-Burton (Richmond, IL), 5-0, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maine West for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Waukegan will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 2-2.
