The Cushing Tigers softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Berryhill Chiefs to 1 in the Tigers non-league win on Thursday.
The Tigers now possess a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tuttle for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 16.
With the loss, Berryhill moves to 4-14 on the season. The Chiefs host North Rock Creek (Shawnee, OK) to confront the Cougars in a non-league battle on Monday, September 15. The Cougars come into the battle with a record of 19-4. North Rock Creek won 11-1 in their recent league battle against Cleveland (Cleveland, OK)
