The Poteau Pirates (Poteau, OK) softball routed the host Howe Lions (Howe, OK), 6-1 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Pirates now sport a 7-3 record.
With the loss, Howe moves to 14-7 on the season. The Lions travel to Panama (Panama, OK) to meet the Razorbacks in a 2A test on Monday, September 15. The Razorbacks go into the test with a record of 10-4. Panama lost 6-3 in their recent league outing against Howe (Howe, OK)
