Spectators at Thursday's non-league contest between the Parkway Central Colts (Chesterfield, MO) and the host Parkway West Longhorns (Ballwin, MO), saw Parkway Central's softball squad nip Parkway West by a score of 7-6.

With the triumph, Parkway Central improves its record to 7-2 on the year. The Colts travel to Parkway South (Manchester, MO) to face the Patriots in a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 16. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 5-2.

In their next game, the Longhorns clash with the Webster Groves Statesmen (Webster Groves, MO) in a non-league bout, on Monday, September 15. Parkway West will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record.
