In Thursday's league challenge, the host St. Cloud Tech Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Alexandria Cardinals.
The Tigers (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Academy of Holy Angels (Richfield, MN). The Stars come into the non-league challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Academy of Holy Angels beat Woodbury (Woodbury, MN), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cardinals play the Stillwater Ponies (Stillwater, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 12. Alexandria will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Ponies go into the test with a 2-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN).
