Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Avon Grove overwhelmed by Bayard Rustin

The Bayard Rustin Golden Knights topped the visiting Avon Grove Red Devils volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Golden Knights confront the Paul VI Eagles (Haddonfield, NJ) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 13. Bayard Rustin will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 3-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Cherry Hill West (Cherry Hill, NJ).

With the loss, Avon Grove drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to Downingtown East (Exton, PA) to play the Cougars in a Ches-Mont outing on Monday, September 15. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 8-3. Downingtown East won 3-1 in their recent league game against Henderson (West Chester, PA)
