The Borderites now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Squalicum for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest bout on Tuesday, September 16. Blaine will clash with a Storm team coming off a 0-0 league Lynden (Lynden, WA). The Storm record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Lakewood drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA) to battle the Pioneers in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest match on Monday, September 15. The Pioneers enter the match with a record of 2-0. Nooksack Valley won 3-1 in their recent league match against Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA)
