Bracken County Polar Bears (Brooksville, KY) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY), 3-0 in a non-league game.

Next up, the Polar Bears face the Harrison County Thorobreds/Fillies (Cynthiana, KY) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 16. Bracken County will attempt to advance on its 8-2 season record. The Thorobreds/Fillies go into the game with a 6-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Bishop Brossart (Alexandria, KY).

The Wildcats (2-16) will now prepare for their game against Calvary Christian (Covington, KY). The Cougars go into the non-league game with a 12-2 record. In their last game, Calvary Christian gained a win over Campbell County (Alexandria, KY), 3-2, in a non-league game.
