In Thursday's non-league match, the Coconino Panthers (Flagstaff, AZ) volleyball squad prevailed the host Tempe Buffaloes (Tempe, AZ), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Panthers confront the Mingus Marauders (Cottonwood, AZ) in a 4A - Grand Canyon bout, on Wednesday, September 17. Coconino will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record.

With the loss, Tempe drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Buffaloes host Washington (Phoenix, AZ) to clash with the Rams in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 18. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 2-4.
