Indiana High School Volleyball - Covington tips South Vermillion

September 11, 2025: Covington, IN 47932

The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Covington Trojans (Covington, IN) and the visiting South Vermillion Wildcats (Clinton, IN), saw Covington's volleyball squad nudge South Vermillion by a score of 3-2.

With the win, Covington improves its record to 8-5 on the season. The Trojans travel to Western Boone (Thorntown, IN) to encounter the Stars in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13. The Stars go into the battle with a record of 5-6. Western Boone lost 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Guerin Catholic (Noblesville, IN)

The Wildcats now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Vermillion for a Wabash River battle on Monday, September 15.
