In Thursday's league challenge, the host Harding Academy Lions volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the First Assembly Christian Crusaders.
The Lions (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Mary's Episcopal (Memphis, TN). The Turkeys go into the non-league game with a 7-6 record. In their last game, St. Mary's Episcopal gained a win over White Station (Memphis, TN), 3-0, in a non-league game.
The Crusaders (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Evangelical Christian (Cordova, TN). The Eagles go into the D-II A District 6 game with a 6-12 record. In their last game, Evangelical Christian gained a win over Tipton Christian Academy (Covington, TN), 3-1, in a non-league game.
