The Pittston Patriots volleyball squad (Pittston, PA), dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league battle with the host Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans (Nanticoke, PA)

With the win, Greater Nanticoke Area improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Trojans travel to Wilkes-Barre (Wilkes-Barre, PA) to encounter the Wolfpack in a Wyoming Valley contest on Monday, September 15. The Wolfpack enter the contest with a record of 0-2. Wilkes-Barre lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Berwick (Berwick, PA)

Next, the Patriots meet the Dallas Mountaineers (Dallas, PA) in a Wyoming Valley contest, on Friday, September 19. Pittston will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
