The Summit Storm prevailed the visiting Ida B. Wells Guardians volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Storm confront the Sprague Olympians (Salem, OR) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 13. Summit will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Olympians enter the game with a 10-0 record after their 3-1 league win over South Salem (Salem, OR).

The Guardians (1-3) will now prepare for their game against McDaniel (Portland, OR). The Mountain Lions enter the 6A Portland Interscholastic game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, McDaniel gained a win over Franklin (Portland, OR), 3-1, in a league bout.
