The Niles North Vikings topped the visiting Lake Forest Scouts volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Vikings face the Vernon Hills Cougars (Vernon Hills, IL) in a Central Suburban game, on Monday, September 15. Niles North will attempt to advance on its 7-8 season record. The Cougars go into the game with a 3-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Mundelein (Mundelein, IL).

The Scouts (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Grayslake Central (Grayslake, IL). The Rams come into the non-league outing with a 8-5 record.
