Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Spectrum Sting (Elk River, MN) and the host Math & Science Academy Dragons (Woodbury, MN), observed Spectrum's volleyball team top Math & Science Academy by a count of 3-0.

The Sting (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Hutchinson was knocked off by Southwest Christian (Chaska, MN), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Dragons encounter the Eagle Ridge Academy (Minnetonka, MN) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 16. Math & Science Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
