Next, the Yellowjackets face the Valley Vikings (New Kensington, PA) in a WPIAL AA 2 challenge, on Wednesday, September 14. Freeport will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 5-0 league win over Highlands (Natrona Heights, PA).

The Vikings now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Deer Lakes for a WPIAL AA 2 challenge on Wednesday, September 14. Apollo Ridge will face a Lancers team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA). The Lancers record now stands at 3-2.
