The Commodore Perry Panthers held off the visiting Reynolds Raiders volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Panthers now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeview for a test on Thursday, September 15. Commodore Perry will confront a Sailors team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Wilmington (New Wilmington, PA). The Sailors record now stands at 0-2.
The Raiders (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA). The Rockets enter the test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Slippery Rock held off Mercer (Mercer, PA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
