The Summit Shasta Black Bears volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting King's Academy Knights to 0 in the Black Bears non-league victory on Monday.

The Black Bears now have a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pacific Bay Christian for a game on Tuesday, September 13. Summit Shasta will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Crystal Springs Uplands (Hillsborough, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-3.

The Knights (1-2) will now prepare for their game against The Nueva School (San Mateo, CA). The Mavericks enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record.
