The Golden Eagles now own a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host Skyline for a 4A Longs Peak challenge on Thursday, September 15. Frederick will face a Falcons squad coming off a 20-4 league loss to Niwot (Niwot, CO). The Falcons record now stands at 1-11.

With the loss, Berthoud falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Wellington (Wellington, CO) to face the Eagles in a 3A/4A Patriot challenge on Tuesday, September 13. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 7-5. Wellington won 7-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Wray/Yuma (Wray, CO)
