With the win, Benet Academy betters its record to 9-1 on the year. The Redwings host Carmel (Mundelein, IL) to face the Corsairs in a East Suburban Catholic outing on Tuesday, September 13. The Corsairs go into the outing with a record of 5-9. Carmel lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Warren Township (Gurnee, IL)

The Mustangs now sport a 12-4 record. They play next when they travel to Loyola Academy for a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 14. Metea Valley will face a Ramblers squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Ramblers record now stands at 12-4.
