In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Holston Cavaliers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Council Cobras.
The Cavaliers (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against J.I. Burton (Norton, VA). The Black Raiders come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record.
Next, the Cobras clash with the Twin Springs Titans (Nickelsville, VA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 13. Council will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Titans come into the battle with a 4-5 record after their 3-1 league loss to Thomas Walker (Ewing, VA).
