Ohio High School Volleyball - Eastern overwhelmed by Vinton County

In Monday's non-league battle, the host Vinton County Vikings volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Eastern Eagles.
The Vikings (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Alexander (Albany, OH). The Spartans come into the Tri-Valley - Ohio battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Alexander lost by South Webster (South Webster, OH), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Eagles clash with the South Gallia Rebels (Crown City, OH) in a Tri-Valley - Hocking battle, on Tuesday, September 13. Eastern will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Rebels come into the battle with a 1-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to Belpre (Belpre, OH).
