The Pinecrest Patriots volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Green Hope Falcons to 1 in the Patriots non-league victory on Monday.

The Patriots now possess a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Scotland for a Sandhills 3A/4A game on Tuesday, September 13.

The Falcons (10-2) will now prepare for their outing against Cary (Cary, NC). The Imps go into the Southwest Wake 4A outing with a 2-8 record. In their last outing, Cary notched a victory over Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
