The West Prairie Cyclones volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Peoria Heights Patriots to 0 in the Cyclones league victory on Monday.

The Cyclones now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cuba/Spoon River Valley for a Prairieland game on Wednesday, September 14. West Prairie will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to ROWVA/Williamsfield (Oneida, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-2.

The Patriots (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Roanoke-Benson (Roanoke, IL). The Rockets enter the non-league game with a 0-7 record. In their last game, Roanoke-Benson was dropped by El Paso-Gridley (El Paso, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
