In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Chelmsford Lions soccer squad scored a close 2-1 win over the Billerica Memorial Indians.
The Lions (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Haverhill (Haverhill, MA). The Hillies go into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record.
The Indians (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Methuen (Methuen, MA). The Rangers go into the Merrimack Valley - Small battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Methuen nipped Lawrence (Lawrence, MA), 7-0, in a non-league battle.
