In Tuesday's non-league game, the Northwest Jaguars (Germantown, MD) football team smashed the visiting Damascus Hornets (Damascus, MD), by a score of 48-14.

The Jaguars (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Seneca Valley (Germantown, MD). The Screamin' Eagles come into the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Seneca Valley was ripped by Blair (Silver Spring, MD), 20-7, in a non-league game.

The Hornets now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Poolesville for a non-league game on Friday, September 22. Damascus will battle a Falcons team coming off a 18-8 non-league loss to Wootton (Rockville, MD). The Falcons record now stands at 0-1.
