New Mexico Military Institute Colts (Roswell, NM) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Artesia Bulldogs (Artesia, NM), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Colts confront the Portales Rams (Portales, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 16. New Mexico Military Institute will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Clovis (Clovis, NM).
