The Rye Thunderbolts topped the host Crowley County Chargers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Thunderbolts now have a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holly for a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. Rye will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 league win over Walsenburg (Walsenburg, CO). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
The Chargers (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Walsenburg (Walsenburg, CO). The Panthers enter the test with a 0-7 record. In their last test, Walsenburg was knocked off by Rocky Ford (Rocky Ford, CO), 2-0, in a league test.
