The Riverside Rams held off the visiting Newport Grizzlies volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Rams now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Freeman for a non-league test on Thursday, September 14. Riverside will confront a Scotties team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Medical Lake (Medical Lake, WA). The Scotties record now stands at 3-0.
The Grizzlies (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Medical Lake (Medical Lake, WA). The Cardinals enter the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Medical Lake was nudged by Freeman (Rockford, WA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
