Botkins Trojans (Botkins, OH) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Bluffton Pirates (Bluffton, OH), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans confront the Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds (Lima, OH) in a West Ohio challenge, on Thursday, September 14. Botkins will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 8-2 non-league loss to Toledo Christian (Toledo, OH).

The Pirates now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kenton for a non-league challenge on Sunday, September 17. Bluffton will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 4-3 league win over Bath (Lima, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-2.
