Next, the Panthers face the Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy Royals (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 14. Norton will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Royals enter the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Lancaster Mennonite (Lancaster, PA).

The Spartans now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Canton Central Catholic for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 14. Springfield will face a Crusaders team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Hiland (Berlin, OH). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-5.
